We source single-origin beans from the world's finest growing regions — Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and the Philippines — and roast them in small batches right here in our Makati City roastery. Every bean we serve has been freshly roasted in-house, calibrated for the brewing method, and dialed in for peak flavor extraction. No middleman roaster, no warehouse lag. Just coffee at its freshest.

Located in Tejeros, Makati — the residential neighborhood tucked between Chino Roces Avenue and the city's southern edge — Engineered Coffee was built for the Makati coffee lover who knows the difference between specialty grade and commodity, who values precision over theatrics, and who wants to taste coffee that genuinely expresses where it was grown.
